This document describes the privacy practices of AI Girlfriendy (“AI Girlfriendy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for our iOS application and associated Services. The app’s main creative functions are image-to-image generation and image-to-video generation.
Please review this Policy before using AI Girlfriendy. Using the Services means you understand these practices. If you disagree, please do not use the app. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
As used here, “personal information” is information that identifies you by itself or when combined with other information we have. It excludes information that cannot reasonably identify you and aggregated statistics after personal identifiers are removed. We may use and share aggregate and non-personal information more freely than personal information.
AI Girlfriendy’s image-to-image and image-to-video pipelines are built on in-house, self-developed AI. We operate those models ourselves. We do not outsource generation to third-party AI platforms, and we do not send your creative uploads to outside AI companies so they can generate results, train models, or keep copies for their products.
We also do not collect facial data. That includes facial biometrics, facial templates, and faceprints. We do not use faces to identify or verify anyone, and we do not create face-based user profiles.
We may receive information you choose to submit, including email address, username, support messages, and other account fields. When you sign in through Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another supported provider, we obtain the details that provider shares with your permission (for example name, email, username, and similar registration data).
If you allow it on iOS, we may read photos or videos you pick so a generation request can proceed. You can turn off album, file, or camera access later in system settings.
Some features may require an account. Login records we store are erased when you delete your AI Girlfriendy account. You may delete the account in the app or by contacting support (see Section 10).
Use of the app naturally creates technical data, such as:
We rely on this data to operate AI Girlfriendy securely, keep it reliable, fix problems, and improve usability. Limited cookie-related signals may appear only in certain web login flows described in Section 09.
Generation features need source images (and related media when supported). We ask for the minimum library or file permission required for the feature you use.
Because processing runs online on our servers, your media travels over an encrypted connection. We use SSL or equivalent transport encryption for that path.
Source media is used only to fulfill your request. When the job ends, inputs are deleted promptly and cannot be recovered. We do not train our models on user uploads, and we do not provide uploads to third-party platforms for their own use.
Please save outputs yourself. Platform-stored results are removed automatically within 48 hours after generation and cannot be restored. Losses from not saving in time are your responsibility; AI Girlfriendy is not liable for them.
Processing may treat your files as full images or frames so our self-developed generators can finish the task. Temporary processing follows the deletion rules in this section and is not facial-data collection.
Camera and Photos access, when needed, occurs only after you approve the iOS prompt. You may revoke permission afterward in Settings.
We may share information with companies that provide hosting, storage, or similar operational support. We may also share log-style data (without disclosing personal information as such) with advertising and marketing partners.
Those partners do not act as third-party AI generators for your creative content.

AI Girlfriendy may present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt when partners need IDFA for measurement, fraud prevention, or personalized advertising where applicable. Choosing Allow or Ask App Not to Track does not block core generation features.
If you allow tracking, partners may process IDFA and similar identifiers, install/event data, basic device information, and interaction or performance signals for attribution and analytics.
Uses are limited to ad performance measurement, fraud prevention, install attribution, and campaign optimization. We do not use tracking data to personally identify you or to build separate behavioral profiles for our own profiling. We do not collect facial data in connection with tracking or otherwise.
Update the setting under: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Girlfriendy.
Google sign-in may open a Google-controlled page that sets cookies to complete authentication. We do not use those cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics, and we do not access or store them. Google’s Privacy Policy applies. AI Girlfriendy does not use cookies to track you across other apps or websites.
We use personal information and service data to communicate with you, process requests and transactions, operate and improve the Services, customize aspects of the experience where appropriate, support product development, and pursue related business purposes consistent with this Policy.
We disclose personal information only with your consent (or that of a legally authorized representative), when required by law, or when compelled by a valid warrant, subpoena, or similar court order. We do not disclose generation uploads unless you share them or the results yourself through AI Girlfriendy or another service you choose.
We maintain measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access and misuse. No system is perfectly secure. Keep passwords private and contact us if you suspect compromise.
You may adjust available preferences in the app. For account disablement or deletion, email [email protected]. In-app deletion (About or account area) removes associated account data subject to limited legal or security exceptions. Unlinking a third-party login stops future sharing from that provider but does not erase data already in AI Girlfriendy. If you lost access, use the same email to request full deletion.
Refunds for Apple in-app purchases follow Apple’s App Store policies and processes, including Apple Support and reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not override Apple’s determination.
We may update this Policy. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post the revised text where AI Girlfriendy policies are published. Please review it when using the Services.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to personal data, correction, deletion, or restriction; obtain a portable copy of data you provided; and object to certain processing, including direct marketing in many regions. Rights may be limited where required by law or where they conflict with others’ rights. Contact us to exercise rights. You may also complain to a supervisory authority where you live, work, or where you believe an issue arose.
Minors should use AI Girlfriendy only with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. Consistent with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 or knowingly allow such registration. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected such information without required consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact [email protected] if you believe we hold information about a child under 13.
